My Integral Life Practice

After reading the book – INTEGRAL LIFE PRACTICE A 21st Century Blueprint for Physical Health, Emotional Balance, Mental Clarity, and Spiritual Awakening, I have performed ILP for my growth every day.  The below charts are my practices when I live in Japan and I revised some practices and their frequencies (see red ink).

Gross Body Module

Practices

Frequency

Push-ups, Squats, Crunches

Once every two days

Running

Almost every day 25minutes around Pleasant Hill

Half Marathon (21.0975km)

Three times a year

Full Marathon (42.195km)

One time a year

Soccer

Sometimes

I really want to play soccer in California.  I registered my profile into “San Francisco Bay Area Team Search” but very sadly I’ve not been offered by any team.  So, I’m wondering whether I should participate in a “5 on 5 soccer” team or not.  To be honest with you, I want to join a standard soccer team (11 on 11)…

Subtle Body Module

  1. Very nice work, Yohei. I have taken the ILP class in Integral Theory with Cindy Lou Golin and it was really great... it was a lot of work and we designed our own ILP to track daily, however I have been unsuccessful in following up daily... but, very successful in integrating it into my daily life as an awareness. My home life is so busy that it is hard for me to stick to a routine like I would like to. I will share some of my stuff with you and maybe you can help motivate me to keep more of a routine :-). Also, if you can sign up for the JFK Integral Theory Google group, you can also join Hiedi Helm`s ILP Tracker website project and sign up to beta test. We`ll talk more later - enjoying your blog! Your friend, Kelly ;-)

Your comments are the first memorable comments on my blog, so I really appreciate it!!
That's certainly true. It is difficult to practice routine modules every day. Thank you for sharing. I'll join Hiedi Helm`s ILP Tracker. Your friend, Yohei
