“I” is subjectivity forever

When I read the chapter of "THE IDEALIZATION OF DISIDENTIFICATION" in this book, I shouted Oh, great!!

Why did I shout?  That is because some paragraphs in the chapter were very insightful for me.  I (self) is always, always, always subjectivity, so I is never objectified.  In the past, I have regarded I as feelings, experiences or thoughts.  Instead, I is subjectivity forever and ever.  Thinking about this, I remembered the idea of emptiness in Buddhism.

Masculinities and Well-Being workshop

Yesterday, I joined a group psychotherapy workshop at JFKU Berkeley campus.  This was first time for me to experience group psychotherapy and to go to JFKU Berkeley campus.  I thought that a group psychotherapy had wonderful power to transform ourselves.
