Sleepiness and cumulative fatigue

Yesterday, I suddenly suffered from fatigue and extreme sleepiness.  I didn’t want to do anything yesterday…  So, I went to bed early last night.  Perhaps, cumulative fatigue and nervousness for this three weeks made me so.  Now, I'm all right.
