Masculinities and Well-Being workshop

Yesterday, I joined a group psychotherapy workshop at JFKU Berkeley campus.  This was first time for me to experience group psychotherapy and to go to JFKU Berkeley campus.  I thought that a group psychotherapy had wonderful power to transform ourselves.
