What shadow work do you do usually? In my case, I do 3-2-1 shadow work when I notice my shadow appeared.
Although shadow work is a core module in Integral Life Practice, I sometimes forget the importance and I tend to do only mind module practices (reading a book or blog, diary) or body module practices (running, yoga, soccer, swimming etc.)
I need to practice shadow work more, not only 3-2-1 work but also transmuting my negative emotions.
Moreover, I have never taken psychotherapy before, so once I’d like to try it.
